TO AVOID DELAY & ERRORS: A sample image will be sent for your approval. Please check your email within 24 hours after order is placed and contact businesstools@organogold.com if you do not receive the sample. You are REQUIRED to reply to the email with APPROVED or all desired changes within four (4) business days after order is placed. (Except weekends or holidays).
Kindly note if no response is received within this time, we print items AS IS and make changes/remove information that do not meet the above policy. We DO NOT verify accuracy of information you entered and cannot be responsible for any errors overlooked by you when you review or fail to review the sample. Once printed, items are non-refundable and re-print charges may apply for changes.
Items are shipped out 1 - 3 business days after printing. Standard shipping time takes 7 - 10 business days.
